Description
Pokemon Cyan is a Firered hack set in the tropical archipelago of Celia that features, among other things, a choice-based storyline, a mix of official Pokemon and high-quality fakemon, and a brand new region with updated graphics. It’s also my second serious attempt at creating a hack, so I’d appreciate any feedback you can give me.
Story
Team Rocket was once a powerful force in Kanto until a boy named Red defeated them at their base – Silph Co. – and then defeated their leader at his GYM. The leader disappeared, and Team Rocket faded into the shadows… Three years later, they attacked the Johto region and took their radio tower, but were defeated again by a boy named Gold. Team Rocket was eventually disbanded, and the regions were once again at peace… until now… Giovanni resurrected Team Rocket from the dead and launched an attack on the Celia Region. What happens to the Pokémon that mysteriously disappeared from Celia? What are they planning to do with Team Rocket?
It’s your 12th birthday, which means you can finally go on the Pokémon journey you’ve always wanted to go on! You get a Pokémon and go on adventures to earn badges, become a Pokémon Master, and collect all the Pokémon in the Pokédex! As you travel through the Celia Archipelago, you’ll meet Team Rocket as they attempt to capture Regice, one of the legendary Regis! You’ll soon learn of their plans, and it’s up to you whether you join Team Rocket and help them achieve their goals, or help the Regis and save Celia from their plans! How will YOU decide?…
